Delivery, Refund and Return Policy

Delivery

  • Deliveries are fulfilled by Platinum Couriers or local bus services and typically take 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery costs will be communicated via email or phone based on courier pricing.
  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 days (outside Lusaka) or 24 hours (within Lusaka).
  • Refunds for canceled orders exclude delivery fees unless the fault lies with Carmi M Camilla Store.

Exchange and Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, or personalized products, cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 20–30 business days after the returned items are inspected.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty Products

If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please notify Customer Service immediately to discuss available remedies.

Fraud Prevention

Carmi M Camilla reserves the right to investigate and act against fraudulent behavior, including misuse of promotional offers.

Liability

Carmi M Camilla’s liability is limited to:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraudulent misrepresentation.

Breaches of consumer rights.
The company is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control.
