Carmi M Camilla provides a seamless online shopping experience, allowing customers to purchase a wide range of products available in physical stores from their computers, tablets, and mobile devices. Customers can also access exclusive promotions and offers.
The website is operated by Carmi M Camilla Stores, a limited company registered in Zambia.

Service Availability

We currently deliver within Zambia, including all provinces: Lusaka, Copperbelt, Eastern, Southern, Muchinga, Northern, Northwestern, Central, and Western provinces.
For customers outside Zambia, orders can only be placed if delivery arrangements are made within Zambia. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Product Information

Our offerings include locally sourced Accessories, Bags, Dresses, Kids’ wear, Men’s wear, Shoes, and Women’s wear.

  • Product details include: Name, Photo, Description, Sizes, Colors, and Price (in Zambian Kwacha).

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, and availability is subject to stock levels.

Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order:

  • Orders can be placed via the platform and paid using credit/debit cards (Visa) or mobile money (Airtel Money, Zamtel Money, MTN Mobile Money).

  • Once an order is placed, a reference number will be provided. Confirmation of acceptance will follow via email or phone.

Payment Security:

  • Payments are processed securely via Lenco, a financial entity authorized by the Bank of Zambia.

  • Secure Electronic Transactions (SET) protocols, including 3D Secure, are implemented for all transactions.

Pricing and Invoicing

  • Prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha and may vary depending on delivery location.

  • Carmi M Camilla reserves the right to adjust prices but guarantees no changes will affect confirmed orders.

  • Customers can request an electronic or paper invoice via Customer Service.

 Delivery

  • Deliveries are fulfilled by Platinum Couriers or local bus services and typically take 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery costs will be communicated via email or phone based on courier pricing.

  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 days (outside Lusaka) or 24 hours (within Lusaka).

  • Refunds for canceled orders exclude delivery fees unless the fault lies with Carmi M Camilla.

Exchange and Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

  • Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, or personalized products, cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 20–30 business days after the returned items are inspected.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty Products

If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please notify Customer Service immediately to discuss available remedies.

Fraud Prevention

Carmi M Camilla reserves the right to investigate and act against fraudulent behavior, including misuse of promotional offers.

Liability

Carmi M Camilla’s liability is limited to:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breaches of consumer rights.
    The company is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control.
