Yes — cancellation timelines are:
Within Lusaka: within 24 hours
Outside Lusaka: within 3 days
Refunds for cancellations exclude delivery fees unless Carmi M Camilla is at fault.
Items must be:
Unused
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
Items that cannot be returned include:
Lingerie & underwear
Swimwear
Personalized or customized products
Hygiene-restricted items
Refunds are processed within 20–30 business days after inspection of returned items.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as:
Courier disruptions
Natural events
System or network failures
However, we always work to resolve delays as quickly as possible.
