Delivery, Refund and Return Policy
Delivery
- Deliveries are fulfilled by Platinum Couriers or local bus services and typically take 3–5 business days.
- Delivery costs will be communicated via email or phone based on courier pricing.
- Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.
Returns and Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 3 days (outside Lusaka) or 24 hours (within Lusaka).
- Refunds for canceled orders exclude delivery fees unless the fault lies with Carmi M Camilla Store.
Exchange and Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, or personalized products, cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 20–30 business days after the returned items are inspected.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty Products
If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please notify Customer Service immediately to discuss available remedies.
Fraud Prevention
Carmi M Camilla reserves the right to investigate and act against fraudulent behavior, including misuse of promotional offers.
Liability
Carmi M Camilla’s liability is limited to:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraudulent misrepresentation.
Breaches of consumer rights.
The company is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control.
